Mattress Warranty: 100 Day Sleep Guarantee
It is important to BlvdHome that you sleep well on your new mattress. It takes time to adjust to a new sleep surface
If you are not satisfied with your new mattress purchase after having met the following conditions:
- Purchase of a BLVDHome mattress protector
- Be pressure mapped on our YouSleep System
- Sleep on new mattress for at least 30 nights
you will have 70 days to complete the exchange of your mattress.
This exchange is a one-time only courtesy reselect. There are no refunds on mattress purchases. If the reselected mattress is of greater value, you would be responsible for any increase in the price.
Reselects will only be made after the 30-night adjustment period and the mattress must be smoke & odor-free, and in original stain-free sanitary condition. A process & handling fee of $75 will apply on mattress exchanges within our local delivery area. Special sizes such as split cal-king, twin XL, Adjustable bases, toppers/pads, pillows, sheets and mattress protectors are not returnable. Guarantee is for mattresses $799 or more.

Fabric and Leather Protection is an accident protection plan (FLP). Covered stains or damages …
- Any food and beverage stain (one time accident)
- Accidental cuts, tears or punctures (one time accident)
- Ink, dye, corrosives, paint, gum, nail polish, or marker (one time accident)
- Damage caused by flood, fire or natural disaster
- Any stain related to a single occurrence
FLP will not cover …
- Gradual build up resulting from body oils, perspiration
- Normal soiling from everyday use
- Loss of color, peeling, or surface scratches
- Sun damage or fading
- Seams that have split, unraveled or cracked
- Urine or feces
- Stains not attributed to a single occurrence

As–Is, Clearance Merchandise
BlvdHome does not offer any warranty on non–mechanical as–is merchandise, except for applicable manufacturers' warranties. As–is appliance and electronics products carry a limited 90–day BlvdHome warranty. If within 90 days from date of purchase, your product fails, we will at our discretion, either (1) repair the product, or (2) allow you to return it at full purchase price. All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges. As–is merchandise must be paid for and picked up within 24 hours or scheduled to be delivered on the next available delivery truck.
Commercial or Rental Use
Residential use excludes items that have been used for commercial purposes, public rental or use in multi–family housing. Items used for commercial purposes will be warrantied for a period of 90 days for any factory defect.
