Our delivery drivers will make every safe attempt to bring your furniture or appliance into your home. If an item cannot safely pass through your doorways, stairwells, or hallways without risking damage to the furniture or your home:

• Alternative Placement: You can request the team leave the item in an accessible room, garage, or entryway.
• Exchange / Return: If the item cannot enter the home at all, our team will bring it back to our warehouse, and our customer service department will work with you to select a better-fitting alternative or process a return/exchange. (Tip: Always measure your doorways, hallways, and stairwells before ordering!)

• Delivery Day: Yes. You can select your preferred available delivery day based on when our trucks run in your specific ZIP code.
• Specific Time Slots: Standard deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you require a guaranteed, specific time slot outside of your assigned window, BlvdHome offers time-specific delivery for an additional fee (subject to schedule availability).

Our full-service delivery is free on any appliance or mattress purchase of $699 or more, or any furniture purchase of $999 or more, delivered anywhere from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas, Nevada. Every delivery includes a quality assurance inspection before your items leave our warehouse, a driver call the morning of delivery with a 2-hour arrival window, full assembly once your new pieces are in place, and removal of all packaging and trash when our crew leaves. If you'd like your old furniture or appliances removed at the same time, haul-away is also available for an additional fee.

On the morning of your scheduled furniture or appliance delivery, one of our drivers calls you directly to confirm a 2-hour arrival window, so you're not left guessing when our team will show up. This call happens the same day as your delivery for every appointment we run, whether it's a standard, same-day, or next-day delivery. Because arrival windows depend on how many stops are on the route that day, we recommend keeping your phone nearby that morning so you don't miss the call with your specific time frame.

Yes, full assembly is included with every delivery, so your new furniture, mattress, or appliance is set up and ready to use as soon as our crew leaves rather than left in boxes for you to put together. Depending on the item, some installation-related fees may apply, and our team will let you know about any additional charges as they occur. From assembling bed frames and sectionals to positioning larger pieces exactly where you want them, our delivery crew handles the furniture setup so you don't have to.

Yes, we offer furniture and appliance haul-away service for your old furniture or appliances at the same time we deliver your new purchase, so you don't have to arrange separate removal. This service is available for an additional fee and covers proper recycling or disposal of the items we take, saving you the hassle of hauling bulky furniture or appliances to a donation center or landfill yourself. Yes, we offer same-day appliance delivery and same-day furniture delivery Monday through Saturday on in-stock purchases of $699 or more, for an additional fee. To get your items the same day, your order needs to be scheduled by 1:00 PM, so the earlier you place it in the morning, the better your chances of making that day's delivery route. Same-day delivery is only available in our select same-day and next-day service area in Southern Utah, so check with your sales associate to confirm your address qualifies before you count on it.
