When will my product be delivered?

On the day of your delivery, your delivery driver will call you before 8 a.m. and give you a 2-hour window of when they will arrive.

What is your delivery area?

BlvdHome offers Premium Delivery of your purchase to most cities between Salt Lake City Utah and Las Vegas Nevada. These deliveries are free with $699 purchase. If delivery extends to areas outside of the I-15 Corridor, our reasonable delivery fees start at just $25.

Do you offer Layaway?

Our Layaway Policy is for a maximum period of 30 days, with a minimum 20% down payment. If a layaway exceeds 30 days, the merchandise will be canceled and made available for resale.

When is my payment due on my Boulevard Account?

Your payment is due each month by the 28th.

Do you offer a military discount?

We do offer special military, police & fire discounts during specific days to our country's service men and women. Just ask your Sales Team Member if you qualify.

Where do I pick-up my new purchase?

Your Sales Team Member will let you know if your product is available at Will-Call from the Store of purchase or would need to be picked-up at our Distribution Center. Please call one hour before you plan to arrive so we can prepare your merchandise. Upon arrival, be sure to inspect your items carefully. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged after you pick it up.

Can I buy replacement water filters for my refrigerator at BlvdHome?

Yes. We carry replacement water filters for most models. For those we don’t carry, we can usually special order them with delivery within just a few days.

Do you offer an extended warranty on appliances?

Yes. We offer our 3-year or a 5-year Boulevard Performance Guarantee. See our warranties page for more details.

How long is my product under manufacturer warranty?

1 year, unless stated in warranty information provided by the manufacturer.

How much is a service call fee for a technician?

$125 in our local areas.

I just got my new refrigerator and the water is trickling out of the water dispenser – is my water filter bad?

Do you have a reverse osmosis (RO) system in your home? If so, you do not need a water filter in your refrigerator; you will need to purchase a bypass filter. We do not stock bypass filters, but we can order you one (please contact the service department at 435-986-2915). If you do not have an RO system, take out your water filter and reinstall it. If that doesn’t correct the water flow, contact our service department at 435-986-2915.
