What time will my product be delivered?
On the day of your delivery, your delivery driver will call you before 8 a.m. and give you a 2-hour window of when they will arrive.

How soon can BlvdHome delivery?
Delivery availability varies depending on your location and whether your items are currently in stock. In many of our local delivery zones across Utah and Nevada, we offer Same-Day or Next-Day delivery for in-stock orders, as well as flexible standard delivery schedules throughout the week.
What is your delivery area?
BlvdHome offers Full Service Delivery on your purchase to most cities between Salt Lake City, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. Local delivery fees start at $49. If delivery extends to areas outside of the I-15 Corridor, additional delivery fees will vary depending on location. Please call 435-986-3100 to inquire about delivery fees to a certain location.
What cities do you deliver to in Utah and Nevada?
We offer full service delivery to St. George, Cedar City, Mesquite, and Las Vegas.
Can I buy appliances or furniture at BlvdHome if I live outside the I-15 corridor?
Yes, absolutely! While our standard full-service delivery runs primarily along the I-15 corridor from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas, we frequently deliver to outlying areas for a custom delivery fee based on your location.
Alternatively, you are always welcome to pick up your purchase for free at one of our store locations or main distribution center. Give us a call at 435-986-3100 with your city or ZIP code, and we’ll gladly look up your options and get you a delivery quote!
Does BlvdHome offer haul-away services for old mattresses or appliances?
Yes, BlvdHome offers convenient haul-away services for any like item at the time of delivery. Haul-away fees start at $49 and max out at $135. In an effort to conserve environmental waste, BlvdHome may recycle or dispose of items that are hauled away.
Do you offer Layaway?
Our Layaway Policy is for a maximum period of 30 days, with a minimum 20% down payment. If a layaway exceeds 30 days, the merchandise will be canceled and made available for resale.

When is my payment due on my Boulevard Account?
Your payment is due each month by the 28th.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, we offer a military discount of an extra 5% off our everyday low prices. Just ask your Sales Team Member if you qualify.
Where do I pick-up my new purchase?
Your Sales Team Member will let you know if your product is available at Will-Call from the Store of purchase or would need to be picked-up at our Distribution Center. Please call one hour before you plan to arrive so we can prepare your merchandise. Upon arrival, be sure to inspect your items carefully. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged after you pick it up.
Can I buy replacement water filters for my refrigerator at BlvdHome?
Yes. We carry replacement water filters for most models. For those we don’t carry, we can usually special order them with delivery within just a few days.
Do you offer an extended warranty on appliances?
Yes. We offer our 3-year or a 5-year Boulevard Performance Guarantee. See our warranties page for more details.
How long is my product under manufacturer warranty?
1 year, unless stated in warranty information provided by the manufacturer.
How much is a service call fee for a technician?
$125 in our local areas.
I just got my new refrigerator and the water is trickling out of the water dispenser – is my water filter bad?
Do you have a reverse osmosis (RO) system in your home? If so, you do not need a water filter in your refrigerator; you will need to purchase a bypass filter. We do not stock bypass filters, but we can order you one (please contact the service department at 435-986-2915 ). If you do not have an RO system, take out your water filter and reinstall it. If that doesn’t correct the water flow, contact our service department at 435-986-2915 .

Unlike standard 1-year factory warranties, the BlvdHome Performance Guarantee (BPG) gives you complete long-term peace of mind:

How do I request a repair technician if my appliance is out of warranty?
Call the BlvdHome Service and Repair Department at 435-986-2915 or submit a repair request form online here. (link BlvdHome.com/services.) BlvdHome operates its own in-house repair department to service out-of-warranty appliances throughout our Utah and Nevada service areas.
What should I do if my new furniture or appliance arrives damaged?
If you notice damage at delivery, inform your driver immediately so they can document or resolve the issue on the spot. If you notice damage after the drivers leave, call our Service Department at 435-986-2915. BlvdHome will send a qualified service technician to inspect and repair or resolve the damaged item.
What financing and payment options are available at BlvdHome?
BlvdHome offers flexible payment options to fit your budget:
- In-House Financing: Low monthly payments with options up to 12 or 18 months interest-free (O.A.C).
- 30-Day Layaway: Requires a 20% down payment to hold items for up to 30 days.
- Standard Payments: We accept cash, major credit cards, and online payments directly on our website.
Do you offer price matching if I find an appliance cheaper elsewhere?
