With a 6.5-quart mixing bowl and an 500-watt motor, the Bosch Universal Plus mixer can mix and knead up to 14 pounds of dough without struggling. The Bosch Universal mixer is designed with two wire whips that rotate around the mixing bowl, spinning independently of each other. This creates powerful whipping action for even just one egg white. Use the wire whips for meringue, waffle batter, mashed potatoes, or even shredding cooked meat. The dough hook is unlike any other. With a blade and two hooks, it resembles a skilled baker’s hands as it stretches, folds, and tucks bread dough. The Bosch Universal food mixer is a great tool for developing gluten as it fully incorporates every ingredient and kneads one hundred percent of the dough. The 500-watt mixer is powerful enough to mix up to 14 one-pound bread loaves without clogging or burning out. This mixer is so durable, many homemakers pass them on to family members. Our Universal Plus mixer is sure to stay in place with four suction cup feet beneath the mixer. You’ll never have to worry about the stability of the mixer.
